Installed a new intercooler on the Evo yesterday. The old one took some damage when we were in a fender bender the day of the big eclipse a few years ago. Pretty basic job, but it was nice to work on the car a bit.

Was also able to take the Mini out for a couple of drives. The amount of people who check out the car is pretty amusing. People love the thing.  Interestingly, I’ve had good conversations with a number of folks from the Caribbean who had family members who had Minis.  They must have been widely available there.

Great job on the intercooler. Looks like a lot of work to get that front clip off. The Mini is cool.

The Evo is relatively easy to work on. I handful of fasteners hold on the cover, four bolts attach the bumper bar and then access is easy.

The Mini is cool! It’s is a cool, clear morning here.  I’m debating staying comfy and warm, or going for a drive.
